Answer incoming calls and forward to the appropriate person Greet incoming clients, establish the reason for visit and direct them to the proper location Provides information by answering questions and request from clients Schedule conference rooms Clean conference rooms after each use Send reminders, track and assist anyway needed for Kansas Continued Legal Education Witness Will signings Maintain office calendar Take payments in person and over the phone Performs other duties as assigned Order catering for Firm events Notarize documents for attorneys and clients Coordinates the assembly and mailing of client paperwork.
